Food Book Fair 2013 – Williamsburg Brooklyn

The Food Book Fair is coming back to Brooklyn for it’s 3-day celebration of delicious proportions. The fair will be held at the Wythe Hotel guests can enjoy a variety of tastings, talks, coking demos and events.  Some highlights include:

Food and Fatherhood Discussion where you can hear a panel of dads explore these questions in a discussion about the cultural shift in parenting where fathers take pride in sharing the domestic obligations that come with parenthood.

Williamsburg Coffee Crawl with Oliver Strand

Food & Foraging discussion where Chef Fredrik Berselius of Aska and forager Evan Strusinski will give a  show-and-tell and share some raw and cooked hand-gathered tastes of the season.

Meet Smitten Kitchen’s Deb Perelman creator of the wildly popular blog and recently turned cookbook Smitten Kitchen. The event will begin with a demo of Deb’s Buttered Popcorn Cookie recipe followed by a Q+A and a book signing.
