Music Together – City Kids Music
Music Together is a delightful, joyous approach to music-making with your child. Offered in three twelve-week sessions per year, Music Together offers families with children ages birth through seven an opportunity to sing, dance and play instruments in a relaxed, playful, non-performance-oriented setting. Our weekly classes are specifically designed to accommodate the unique learning style of the very young while being highly engaging to their adult companions.
The program nourishes parents’ efforts to create a rich musical environment at home, regardless of their own musical abilities. In addition to the fun you will have in class, you will receive two professionally recorded CDs and a beautifully-illustrated songbook so you can continue the music-making fun at home. Families new to Music Together will also receive our parent DVD, “Music Together at Home: Helping Your Child Grow Musically.”
Since 1987, Music Together has brought music into the lives of hundreds of thousands of families. Big Apple Music Together offers the classic Music Together mixed-age class for children newborn to age five, “Big Kids” classes for five-, six-, and seven-year-olds, and an introductory class for babies up to nine months.
Music Together is based on the philosophy that all children are musical. You may be surprised to find that you are, too! Call us to learn about visiting a class near you.

What Mamas are saying about Music Together:
The [Music Together] class time gives us an opportunity to share precious time together, since I, unfortunately, must work and be away from him during the workweek. Matthew is an only child, so the interaction with the other children has added to his socialization skills. Best of all, it has encouraged music as part of his life. –Sue, Music Together Parent
My husband teases me because whenever I mention Music Together to anyone he always pipes up my next line, which is “best money we ever spent.” I truly mean it. Kudos to Ken and Lilli for a program that outshines any other I have seen around and these days there are many of them. Thanks again!
