Sign up for a fun, relaxing and informative night on how to make truly professional looking videos with the stuff in your pocket.

In this class, they will cover techniques for making your  videos better. Learn how to get a good interview from even the most unwilling subjects, whether it is for your job or your life’s work. They will also explore beautiful technique to maximize the filming of those special moments.

Through practice sessions you will go over the basics of interviewing, ways to simply and organically light your subjects and filmmaking 101. Class will be held in relaxed and fun setting with food and wine!

About the Instructor: Michelle Smawley is an Emmy award-winning television producer, director, writer and media consultant whose work over the last 20 years has been featured on all three major television networks, PBS, and cable. Michelle  has taught the class at Brooklyn Brainery, at offices and schools around the city and is a working journalist!

When: Jan 24 and Jan 31 from 6-8pm
