Kids Halloween Parades in Brooklyn 2013

Calling all princes & princesses, witches & warlocks, super heroes & soldiers, furry animals, zombies, and their parents! Halloween in upon us and it is time to start planning your fun filled holiday. Here are some spooktacularly kid friendly parades where kids can strut their stuff.

Enjoy Magicians, Face Painting, Costumed Characters and more at the Coney Island Halloween Children’s Parade. Luna Park will have  FREE Admission to the amusement park for all children participants. The popular Annual Children’s’ Halloween Parade in Greenpoint is great for hipster kids and parents alike. The NYC parks also have some fun going on at the Fort Greene Park Conservancy’s Annual Halloween Fest and the Prospect Park Halloween Walk and Carnival. Families can also hit up the Costume Parade at Ghouls and Gourds at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. There will be huge puppets, a mustache booth, a Victorian toy parlor, stilt dancing and so much more.  Get crafty at the Haunted Halloween Carnival at Puppetry Arts. Also at the parks are the Marine Park Halloween Festival and BOO at the Prospect Park Zoo. BAM is also having a BamBOO Halloween Event that should not be missed.
